All inspections are performed by Mali Ramos, a Licensed New Jersey Home Inspector, in accordance with the New Jersey Home Inspection Standards of Practice (NJAC 13:40-15). With a strong background in property systems evaluation and construction safety, we focus on identifying visible defects, safety concerns, and maintenance issues that matter most.
