Electrical Panel Inspection

The electrical panel is inspected to observe:

• Proper labeling of circuits
• Visible signs of overheating, corrosion, or damage
• Improper wiring methods where observable
• Adequate access and clearances

The inspection does not include removing components beyond normal panel cover removal when safe to do so.

Federal Pacific (FPE) Electrical Panels

If a Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) panel is present, it will be identified in the inspection report.

These panels are known for potential performance and safety concerns, including breakers that may fail to trip under overload conditions. Further evaluation and replacement by a licensed electrician is typically recommended.
