Floors Inspection

The floor systems and visible floor surfaces are visually inspected to observe general condition and safety.

What We Inspect

• Floor surfaces for damage, excessive wear, or unevenness
• Signs of moisture intrusion or deterioration where visible
• Evidence of sagging, settlement, or structural concerns where observable
• Proper support where accessible from below (basement or crawlspace)
• Trip hazards or safety issues

Important Limitations

The floor inspection is visual and non-invasive and does not include:

• Removing coverings such as carpets or flooring
• Measuring floor levelness or deflection
• Inspecting concealed subfloor components
• Structural load analysis

If areas are obstructed or inaccessible, this will be noted in the inspection report.
