What We Inspect

• Operation of representative exterior doors and windows
• Frames, sashes, and visible seals
• Weather stripping and visible flashing where accessible
• Signs of water intrusion, rot, or deterioration
• Broken glass or safety concerns

Limitations

The inspection does not include air infiltration testing, removal of trim, or concealed flashing inspection.
