Proper drainage is critical to protecting the foundation and exterior structure.

What We Inspect

• Gutter attachment and visible condition
• Evidence of sagging, blockage, or separation
• Downspout termination points
• Grading and surface drainage near the foundation
• Signs of water accumulation near the structure

Purpose

To identify visible conditions that may contribute to foundation moisture intrusion or structural concerns.

Limitations

• Underground drainage systems and buried discharge lines are not evaluated unless specifically requested as an ancillary service.
• Areas that are unsafe, obstructed, or inaccessible will be documented in the inspection report.
