What We Inspect

• Visible foundation materials (poured concrete, block, brick, stone)
• Cracks, displacement, bowing, or deterioration
• Signs of moisture intrusion or staining
• Evidence of settlement or structural stress where observable

Limitations

The inspection does not include excavation, concealed foundation analysis, or structural engineering evaluation.
