Forced-air systems use a furnace to heat air, which is distributed throughout the home via ductwork and supply registers.

What We Inspect:

• Furnace unit and visible components
• Ductwork and distribution system where accessible
• Air filter condition
• Visible venting or exhaust components
• General operation using normal controls when safe

Limitations:
Visual only; no combustion analysis, duct pressure testing, or determination of system efficiency or remaining service life.
